Why there is no truth and why we cannot see it so easy

Why there is no truth and why we cannot see it so easy

A thousand thoughts spin through my head on what to say. So I will just ramble and hope my meaning drops out.

Opposites
In the is physical world there are opposites. Head and tails. But the truth has no opposites in it. Heads and tails occur together in the one thing.
The one thing -how many things are are in the world? There are the Buddhist "ten thousand things" ie all the little bits and there is the one thing. The one thing thus has opposites together.
But i dont mean that sometimes there are heads and sometimes there are tails. In this example I try to imaging flipping a coin and the result being both a head and a tail.
Notice that this doesnt think through. It just stops in thought as an impasse. I'd say -try to embrace that unknowing.

Zazen
Zazen or meditation moves away from thinking and encompasses all there is. And from the opposites being together we see the two sides of the coin
after Alan Watts "...is the world in your head or is your head in the world....or both"
Non duality  and the non duality "police" that police things written in that sphere, maintain .."No - there is no me , there is no anything and nothing happened" as a blanket discredit for anything written.
From the opposites above I would say: This is true.....and false!
I am a person, I have a house , friends and a life in a solid material world and one day i will die - this is true....yup... and false.  There is no "me" , it cannot be found and all the spooky stuff that happens when I look at that ...happens...nothing is real...and nothing absolutely true can be said about it.
...its just no good to sit there and try to reason this through.
You and others have thought enough.

What to look for
Look for what is seen. Not what is thought. Otherwise you will just be a philosopher and look what they understand (!?). There is data that is not a concept , an idea, or a thought. Go there for truth. It's called  transcendental meditation , in some circles, but don't forget the transcendental bit - move out of rational thought,...don't bother to try to think it through.
There are many vehicles to get there. To some , they just see it and others do so after a lot of effort that they feel is required... others never do.
If think you are the person that never gets this yet reads Buddhist Scripture, Advaita and everything else  all day long then its time to move on. Move in. move out. Move outside or inside of thoughts..or between thoughts...or behind thoughts. How you do that is up to you. But all vehicles arrive at the same shore - be sure to leave the vehicle to explore that land and don't carry the vehicle, the methodology you used , on your back! Or don't drive around in the pure land peeking through murky windows ..etc
Don't bother to think. Just look.

Not thinking
It's a trick to manage it - and its a trap.
Use a method you like.
After a while you may stop thinking you may not. But thinking really isnt the problem. The problem is following thinking.
if you are meditating were I to shout in a loud voice - "Your spling is splang" -a nonsense -is that really something to consider deeply? To ponder over and worry about? To chew over as a valid argument? To negate what has been see thus far?  No. And so it is with all thoughts arising. "Is that a thought?" was my mantra for a long time as the  seductive thought buster!
Don't bother to think.
..and when you do ,lol, so what!?

Grace
I do think you have to be touched by Grace to see this.
But this is the Grace - here - this writing - I am not discussing modern fishing - this is the Grace! It doesnt come from me - I am not the author - what I type next is a mystery to me and everything I think I am.

I've written so much. And hardly anyone has read it. So you are special -lol. or especially unlucky..haha

Looking
Look out your window and think about it. Notice what is seen through the veils of thoughts. A solid world with you bouncing around in it , in various stages existence on the gradient of happiness to despair.
Look at the world and dont think, or look at ,what-is, including the thoughts there. See the wood through the trees. Don't trouble yourself with the meaning of thoughts and emotions arising. Now look.
There may be Clarity and that Clarity must not be retrofitted into thought!
Just smile.
Promise me you will just smile.
If you saw it once and lost it (lol) - just smile.
Promise me you will just smile.

We are looking for what we are
It's a funny thing. Some describe that as like searching the world for the jewel that is in your pocket!
St. Francis , the Christian Saint talked of -what we seek is what is looking -
Rumi has said similar things and so have others. Buddhism  - the Zen Buddhism stuff especially is full of it. Non-duality (Advaita) they talk endlessly about it.

So made a note to self - you are what you seek.
But you are not what thoughts arise before during or after that.
There isn't a definition that works in thoughts and concepts that fits . Think about that if you're going to think about anything. Think how thoughts will fail. People have been saying this since the dawn of recorded history.

Look for what is here. This. It's so close lots of people miss it.
What-is and what we really are is so different to what we think we are you can actually pray to it and thank it.
It's a Mystery. So don't try to think about it.

Peace and love ....and suffering - the suffering helps - it speeds things up!
